Min plugin privacy
This notice covers the Min plugin and the features you authorize.
Data used for your request
Min uses your account identity, owned number details, connection permissions, and the dictionary or summary settings you choose to save.
For audio processing, Min uses the file you provide and its transcript and summary. Request outcomes, usage counts and timestamps help protect the service and investigate errors.
Processing and service providers
Tech Local operates Min with authentication, hosting and database providers. OpenAI processes audio and transcripts for the transcription and summary you request.
ChatGPT receives the tool results. Its conversation and file handling follow OpenAI's policies and your ChatGPT settings.
Retention
Min removes temporary uploaded audio after processing and does not keep an audio, transcript or summary cache for this feature.
Saved account settings remain until changed or removed. Encrypted connection credentials follow their stored expiration periods. Connection and audit metadata currently have no automatic deletion cutoff; contact Min Support to request access or deletion.
Your controls
Review your dictionary and summary settings in Min. Disconnect an agent's access from your Min account to stop new plugin actions.
You can unlink Min in WhatsApp's Linked Devices settings. Contact Min Support for account access, correction or deletion requests.
Optional messages, Statuses and API keys
With your permission, Min uses requested chat messages and media, contacts, groups, profile and Status data. Requested messages and Statuses go to your chosen WhatsApp recipients. Saved voice-message transcripts have no automatic deletion cutoff; contact Min Support to request deletion.
Status access captures available Statuses for up to 24 hours without marking them viewed. Stored photos remain until deleted or their account is removed. Completed photo-publication details remain for 30 days; unresolved jobs remain until reconciled. Media downloads add no retained copy.
Min stores API-key metadata and hashes. Encrypted one-time reveal material is deleted when consumed or after ten minutes; the key remains active until separately revoked, even after the agent is disconnected. Requested WhatsApp key delivery remains in message history. ChatGPT receives safe metadata, not the raw key.
